NEW AGENCY OPENING IN CASCAIS

Krystel Ann Properties team is pleased to announce the opening of its new office in Cascais.

We are located at 37/41 Rua Afonso Sanches – Centro Comercial Visconde da Luz – Loja 15 – 2750/282 Cascais.

Krystel Ann Properties, international property finder, has chosen to establish a new branch in the heart of the tourist district of Cascais. The agency aims to be the first contact with our customers, mainly composed of expatriates.

Cascais is one of the most tourist places of Portugal, due to its average 260 days of sun per year. The seaside resort stretches from Carcavelos to Guincho, and offers residents and tourists a relaxing environment. 2014 was an historic year for tourism (high occupancy rate, more impact on the local economy, jobs creation ...). But although Cascais area is very attractive, it remains protected from the summer crowds.

The coast is also ideal for walks by the sea, practice of water sports, golf, as well as the exploration of the Portuguese culture through museums, monuments, architecture... In Cascais, you can enjoy a great variety of food, from typical to international restaurants.
